Come with what’s stressing you out, and we’ll work through it with a connected, practical lens.

When deeper therapeutic issues are encountered in sessions, and trauma-sensitivity along with re-processing of the past becomes evident, our professional coach will recommend additional support for that deep-dive with our therapeutic partner Attached NY. This therapy provider will be offered as one possible therapy support option.
