Coaching Session

A space for gentle, guided exploration when something feels off in your relationships, career or your child’s behavior. These sessions help you reflect, voice and name patterns—with support, not shame. 

When you’ve tried to change—but keep ending up in the same loop. A coaching session helps you slow down, name what’s actually happening beneath the surface, and reclaim your ability to choose.

Whether it’s a relationship dynamic, an emotional reaction, or a role you’re stuck in, we’ll gently explore the deeper pattern and begin to shift it—not by pushing harder, but by seeing more clearly.

Naming is power. Awareness is movement. This is where choice begins.

This coaching is provided over a recommended 6-session period. It is not a deep-dive into the past, rather a future-oriented review.

Where a therapeutic focus is required for clients working through past trauma, they are referred for this support in addition to or in-lieu of coaching. 

Therapy is available through our therapeutic partner Attached NY and will be recommended as one option when therapy is advised.
