60-Minute Solution Focused Coaching Session

A coaching session to help you step out of autopilot and into intentional living. We explore current challenges, patterns, and decisions, supporting you to respond with greater awareness, clarity, and alignment.

These sessions are typically offered as short-term, solution-focused work over 6–12 weeks. The focus is forward-moving—organizing your current circumstances rather than revisiting the past.

If, at any point, a therapeutic focus feels more appropriate or supportive, Paula will offer guidance and referrals for continued care, should you choose to pursue it.
