During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

NurtureWise is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
Local Pickup (If Offered)
If local pickup is available, customers will receive instructions by email once their order is ready for collection.
