Women Reflecting: Writing what's Real - Thursday's at 7pm

A quiet, supportive space to write and reflect.
This is an in-person journaling-based group, using writing prompts to support deeper reflection and self-expression. An opportunity to use your voice — if only on paper — and give form to what’s been held inside.

Through journaling, you get an opportunity to slow down and enter more deeply into what’s present for you. Sharing what you have written is not required, and ceremonial shredding completes each class for those wanting that release.
