This interactive workshop allows parents a place to reflect and learn from current theory and each others lived experience. I aim to create a safe non-judgmental group space. We will work through a topic each week, and map a path to move from control-based to connection-based parenting; highlighting the pit-stops and hurdles along the way.
You’ll learn how to:
• Understand your child’s behavior through the lens of brain science and attachment (Siegel).
• Stay calm and set firm but kind limits while staying connected (Becky Kennedy).
• Heal your own patterns so you can parent from presence rather than reactivity (Shefali).
Expect a mix of short teaching segments, reflection exercises, and practical tools you can use immediately. You’ll leave with scripts, practices, and a fresh perspective on how to raise resilient, respectful, authentic children — and nurture yourself at the same time.
Join us on Wednesday, April 15th (ET) 6 to 8 pm for the first of eight weekly sessions. Drop in for one session or come back each week - you decide what works for you.
Inspired by the work of Dr. Shefali Tsabary (The Awakened Family, The Conscious Parent, The Parenting Map), Dr. Dan Siegel (The Whole-Brain Child, No-Drama Discipline) and Dr. Becky Kennedy (Good Inside) amongst other mentors.
To keep this space intimate and supportive, each session is limited in size. Enroll Early to secure your seat.
