Neuroptimal® Brain Training Session (60 mins) 🧠✨

This one-hour coaching session, includes a 33-minute Neuroptimal® Brain Training session provided by our certified trainer. 

You’ll be supported in clarifying your goals before use and tracking your symptoms. Then you'll be assisted in applying the sensors and starting your brain training. Following your training session our trainer will assist you in removing the sensors, and paste. Our trainer also assists you in tracking your shifts over time.

This is a gentle, non-invasive process that supports the brain’s natural ability to self-regulate—promoting calm, clarity, and resilience.
